In this role, you will be responsible for driving software utilization and value realization across a portfolio of customers. Your goal will be to develop and implement technical adoption plans that lead to successful software outcomes and optimized Return on Investment. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  1. You will have a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to communicate effectively with them to drive business outcomes.
  2. You will be able to analyze data and provide insights on how to optimize software usage and improve business results.
  3. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Entities to identify use cases that drive value and business outcomes.
