We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Customer Success Team Lead at SD Worx Norge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer success journey, ensuring our customers receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the customer success team, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  3. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and expand our customer base.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze KPIs.
  • A relevant academic degree and fluency in English (and Norwegian).
