Job Responsibilities
The Renewals Manager will be responsible for managing Tier 3 customer relationships, including:

  • Effectively understanding the business and strategy to provide robust account plans
  • Identifying key stakeholders and managing their requirements
  • Providing regular data insights and reporting
  • Managing the customer life cycle (onboarding, maintenance, development, and renewal)
  • Delivering an optimum customer success management service
  • Identifying upsell opportunities through the customer care call process and independently converting them into upsell opportunities
  • Independently formulating ideas and solutions for customer issues while driving revenue opportunities
  • Ensuring customer success procedures are followed and keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Ensuring systems are kept up to date to ensure an efficient billing cycle and reduction of invoices
  • Liasing with Marketing and providing support on campaigns

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a SaaS environment
  • Strong account management experience within a SaaS business (2+ years)
  • Consultative solution selling experience
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, O365, Salesforce CRM)
  • Excellent influencing abilities and people management skills
  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • A proven ability to build and develop interpersonal relationships externally and internally
