Job Responsibilities
The Renewals Manager will be responsible for managing Tier 3 customer relationships, including:
- Effectively understanding the business and strategy to provide robust account plans
- Identifying key stakeholders and managing their requirements
- Providing regular data insights and reporting
- Managing the customer life cycle (onboarding, maintenance, development, and renewal)
- Delivering an optimum customer success management service
- Identifying upsell opportunities through the customer care call process and independently converting them into upsell opportunities
- Independently formulating ideas and solutions for customer issues while driving revenue opportunities
- Ensuring customer success procedures are followed and keeping the CRM system up to date
- Ensuring systems are kept up to date to ensure an efficient billing cycle and reduction of invoices
- Liasing with Marketing and providing support on campaigns
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a SaaS environment
- Strong account management experience within a SaaS business (2+ years)
- Consultative solution selling experience
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, O365, Salesforce CRM)
- Excellent influencing abilities and people management skills
- A proven track record in a similar role
- A proven ability to build and develop interpersonal relationships externally and internally
