Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the adoption of Slack within the public sector, leveraging their expertise in the government sector to accelerate sales growth and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the sales process from strategic account planning and lead qualification to negotiation and closing
- Develop deep understanding of Government and Public Sector customers' needs and challenges
- Position Slack's unique capabilities to address these specific needs, helping government entities modernize collaboration and improve efficiency
- Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales
- Leverage matrix account team, including Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Success for effective co-selling and maximized impact within government accounts
- Nurture and expand relationships with public sector accounts by building trust and deeply understanding their unique challenges, including budget constraints, regulatory requirements, and evolving government policies
- Effectively communicate with leadership, customers, partners, and extended teams to ensure alignment with public sector needs

Requirements:
- 5+ years Consultative Selling experience
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building new business and growing existing business
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals
- Capability and enthusiasm to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
- Resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Deep interest in increasing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships
