Til vår porteføljeavdeling Defence, søker vi en kollega som trives med å kommunisere med kunder over telefon. Du har kundene i fokus, er dyktig til å identifisere behov og vinne dem tilbake

Din arbeidsdag:
Som HQ Sales Representative, Defence, vil du jobbe med kunder som av ulike årsaker vurderer å avslutte sitt boligalarm-abonnement. Din oppgave blir å forstå deres behov, gi dem den beste rådgivningen og vise verdien av våre løsninger på en profesjonell og overbevisende måte.

Hvem ser vi etter:
En kollega som er ambisiøs, målrettet og trives med å jobbe mot resultater. Du kommuniserer tydelig og overbevisende, og er flink til å tilpasse deg ulike kunder og situasjoner.
For å lykkes i rollen bør du ha:
- Erfaring med salg, telefonsalg eller Call Center
- Dokumenterte gode salgsresultater
- Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter i norsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
- Motivasjon og et sterkt konkurranseinstink
