
International Sales Director Ferrosilicon

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in the ferrosilicon industry. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and representing our company at industry conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a foreign culture. You must be structured, analytical, and positive, with good cooperation skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing customer portfolio and customer relations
- Negotiating quarterly and annual sales contracts with customers
- Representing Elkem Silicon Products at industry conferences
- Visiting customers at their sites regularly
- Updating sales plans, budgets, and forecasts on a regular basis
