Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance, recruitment trends, and key market data in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and business initiatives that align with our company's goals.
  • Work closely with Country Directors and other senior stakeholders to drive market growth and expand our global presence.
  • Ensure effective communication of sales strategies and business objectives across teams.
  • Support sales budgeting, forecasting, and event planning.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic insights on market trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations at global meetings.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training teams is an advantage.
  • A proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
