Spoor is leading the way in harnessing wildlife data to support wind farms in predicting, measuring, and managing their impact on birds. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this vision by securing business in our key markets.
About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a seamless sales process, identifying challenges, and developing creative solutions to address them.
Your primary goal will be to create and drive revenue within a list of named accounts and/or in a specific region. You will also develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quota quarterly and annually.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy, and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Lead collaborative efforts to enable the customer to quantify and articulate business value.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using CRM.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in international SaaS B2B/enterprise sales.
- Strong commercial skills, including ability to identify sales leads, pitch products or services effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment in high-growth mode.
- Proficiency using CRM software (Hubspot is a +).
- Professional standard spoken and written English, additional languages are an advantage.
