About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a seamless sales process, identifying challenges, and developing creative solutions to address them.

Your primary goal will be to create and drive revenue within a list of named accounts and/or in a specific region. You will also develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quota quarterly and annually.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy, and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  5. Lead collaborative efforts to enable the customer to quantify and articulate business value.
  6. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
  7. Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
  8. Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in international SaaS B2B/enterprise sales.
  • Strong commercial skills, including ability to identify sales leads, pitch products or services effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment in high-growth mode.
  • Proficiency using CRM software (Hubspot is a +).
  • Professional standard spoken and written English, additional languages are an advantage.
