Partner Development Representative (Europe)

Reports to: VP - Partners & Alliances

We are investing in our future and building an international team. Today we're looking for a Partner Development Representative to join us. We are open to this role being located within either Copenhagen, Denmark or London.

You will play a core role in recruiting, managing, and accelerating partner relationships that align with the Company Sales strategy. You will create synergies with Customers and Partners across Europe, delivering value and growth. You will also accelerate sales growth by working with Partners to exceed quota.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Research and qualify interest from potential partners
  • Handle incoming requests from partners
  • Establish and develop relationships with partners
  • Understand partners' and their customers' pain points
  • Collaborate with the partner team to develop joint sales opportunities with partners
  • Develop methods to attract and nurture ideal partner profiles at scale
  • Track activities and keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated
We imagine you will bring:
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a Business Development/Partner Sales capacity, ideally in a SaaS, Cloud or DevOps sales organisation
  • Experience hitting targets in previous roles on a regular basis
  • Interest and passion for developing new relationships
  • Curiosity in understanding partners' problems and value propositions
  • Ability to prioritize your time according to team and personal targets
  • Experience building relationships with partners
