About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our Global Services team in Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of Sales Representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Sales Representatives, focusing on skill development and performance improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a sales management role.
- Extensive knowledge of the Energy or IT industry, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English languages is essential.
