We are seeking a highly skilled Global Platform Sales Leader to join our team at FlexOS Global Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving enterprise growth by shaping the sales strategy for custom enterprise business applications and securing the Salesforce Platform in your assigned region.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and platform solutions, with extensive experience dealing with large and complex accounts at the most senior IT and business levels.

You will be responsible for being the trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Business Solutions, and Technology to align customer needs with Salesforce's powerful platform.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to lead with expertise, presenting high-level value propositions to C-level executives and demonstrating the ROI, TCO, and time-to-value of our solutions.

  • Generate business in new customers and within the installed base.

  • Must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.
