Job Description
As our Director of Customer Success, you will oversee the entire customer journey for our small and medium-sized business (SMB), mid-market (MM), or enterprise (ENT) client segments in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that drives engagement, growth, and retention across these segments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer success leadership, with a proven track record of driving expansion plans, introducing new technologies, and launching successful strategies within unicorn start-ups or big tech companies. You will serve as a strategic partner to our executive team and leadership, working closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the EMEA customer success strategy, aligning it with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive strategy for SMB, MM, or ENT segments, while helping managers achieve their team metrics.
- Build and lead the customer success function, including implementing technologies, building processes, and measuring team performance.
- Develop deep relationships with our largest customers, serving as their partner in achieving their goals and desired outcomes.
- Activate and renew our customer base, acting as the customer's main advocate within Deel.
