Your Role
As our Director of Customer Success, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing a customer success strategy that drives engagement, growth, and retention across our SMB, MM, or ENT client segments in EMEA. You'll work closely with our executive team and leadership, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy for EMEA, aligning it with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Drive strategy for SMB, MM, or ENT segments, while helping managers achieve their team metrics.
  • Build and lead the customer success function, including implementing technologies, building processes, and measuring team performance.
  • Develop deep relationships with our largest customers, serving as their partner in achieving their goals and desired outcomes.
  • Activate and renew our customer base, acting as the customer's main advocate within Deel.
