Hurtigruten invites applications for the Customer Journey Developer position.
This vital role involves crafting compelling customer journeys that drive user engagement and conversions across UK and Nordic e-commerce platforms. As a key member of the team, you will ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with commercial objectives for a specific market or region.
With a strong focus on user experience and quality assurance, you will oversee product-related content, develop and optimise campaign landing pages, and enhance web journeys for dedicated market pages, ensuring a smooth and effective end-to-end digital experience.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance customer journeys by ensuring effective and optimised delivery of UK & Nordics product launch and maintenance on the B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms.
- Develop, monitor and optimise campaign landing pages, to ensure optimal campaign user experience and conversion rate, in close cooperation with broader marketing and e-commerce teams (SEO, Product, Content leads).
- Guarantee that web content within the dedicated area of responsibility is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand identity, tone of voice, and commercial goals across owned, earned, and bought channels to support Hurtigruten objectives.
- Propose strategies to showcase products effectively, including creating compelling product displays, cross-selling and upselling strategies, and promotions to increase average order value.
- Collaborate with the local marketing team to execute digital marketing initiatives, paid and organic, to drive traffic and increase online sales.
- Monitor and track e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and website traffic, and provide regular reports and insights to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
