
Healthcare Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team on our journey towards #ForeverCaring in Ostomy Care. In this role, you'll work closely with our most valuable Health Care Customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored solutions.
As a key player in our sales team, you'll help healthcare professionals achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
About Your Background:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Medical Sales Experience, preferably within Ostomy Care specialty.
- Proven experience in business management and project leadership.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving.
- Oral/Written Communications.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
