Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a CSM, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless onboarding, product adoption, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Fast and Effective Onboarding: Take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring customers complete it within the expected timeframe.
- Drive Product Adoption & Customer Engagement: Proactively engage customers through regular check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews.
- Own Retention, Churn Prevention & Expansion: Identify at-risk customers early and implement strategies to increase retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a SaaS or tech company.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable steps for customers.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (oral and written).
