Job Description

The Customer Management team is responsible for overseeing existing accounts, focusing on growth and retention. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying upsell opportunities for nShift's products.
  • Addressing customer issues and expanding contacts within customer companies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to guide customers to success.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial and business acumen.
  • Experience in selling to SMB and lower mid-market companies.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
