Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Key Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at The Feelgood Company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to foster enduring connections with critical clients, driving the expansion of our presence in the Nordic and European markets.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with a diverse set of customers.
  • Foster profound connections with our core customers.
  • Secure achievement of operational milestones related to customer portfolios.
  • Facilitate the successful execution of a comprehensive array of tasks involving monetary planning, projection of future outcomes, organizing product assortments, campaigning, and continuous progress assessments—primarily tailored towards satisfying customer preferences.
  • Create personalized and integral relationships between staff members and customers to secure potential collaborations.
  • Compile data-driven reports addressing both employee-led examinations and user feedback.
  • Coordinate biennial evaluations and negotiates desired business agreements.
  • Investigate fresh opportunities, alongside exploring each side’s capacity to offer new avenues of commerce.

This high-performing candidate will showcase distinct competencies including extensive market knowledge, awareness of all aspects of business operations, deep familiarity with accounting procedures, superb networking skills, imperative negotiation techniques, intuitive problem-solving abilities, outstanding collaboration and leadership qualities, remarkable vision, intense enthusiasm for engaging employees, distinctive understanding of customer demands and reaction patterns, prime salesmanship capabilities, prominent knack for spotting creative alternatives, chance searching, requisite transformative characteristics, efficient solution visualization, pronounced proactivity.

There should be at least 3 years of direct work experience, perhaps combined with excellent credentials from a higher educational institution (preferably specialized in the domain). Also required: readily available fluency in English language, rapidly applicable cross-departmental research & communication methods; major functionalities typical for MS-Excel software packages.
