The Feelgood Company is a well-established brand house and e-commerce company specializing in the development and distribution of wellness and beauty products. Our company has a broad footprint with sales in all Nordic countries and export. We cater to various channels, including retail, pharmacies, gyms, fashion and beauty stores, and have a strong presence in e-commerce.
Role DescriptionThis role as a Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal part in supporting the Key Account Management team. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving growth through strategic planning, and identifying new business opportunities.
As a vital member of the team, you will contribute to developing effective processes for Bodylab's B2B sales division, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities- Daily interactions with the customer portfolio.
- Cultivate close relationships with key customers.
- Achieve target budgets for your designated customer base.
- Pursue commercial objectives such as budgeting, forecasting, assortment management, campaign planning, and annual planning—all centered on customer satisfaction.
- Develop lasting partnerships with clients to ensure collaborative success.
- Analyze performance metrics for internal and external use.
- Negotiate annually with assigned customers.
- Expand the current customer base by introducing new leads and opening new markets/channels.
We seek a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to achieving goals. Strategic thinking combined with practical action will enable you to strengthen existing client relationships, find new business prospects, and generate long-term commercial benefits. Strong business and financial understanding, along with the ability to develop and execute projects that stimulate growth, are essential.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, preferably alongside a business or finance degree. Industry knowledge gained from working in retail can be beneficial, as well as expertise in tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
