About Our Team

We are a leading animal health technology company dedicated to helping farmers improve their productivity and profitability. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals by providing expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our livestock dairy technology solutions to provide effective assistance to customers.
  2. Onboarding and Training: Conduct on-site visits to help customers navigate our products and services, ensuring they maximize their benefits.
  3. Farm Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of farm operations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  4. Ongoing Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product functionality and usage.
  5. Customer Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and advocating on their behalf.
  6. Commercial Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with the sales team to promote additional products and services.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices.
  9. Training Material Development: Collaborate with the Customer Success Administrator to develop training materials tailored to local needs.
  10. Advocacy: Participate in industry events to promote dairy production management and technology adoption.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, training, or account management.
  • Strong passion for agriculture and technology, with a solid understanding of the dairy livestock industry.
  • Veterinarian background is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English.
  • Ability to understand complex products and systems, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a sales-oriented mindset.

  • A company car is provided.
  • Significant travel to customer sites is required (50% or more).
