About the Opportunity
We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Success Advocate to join our team and take on the challenge of owning a set customer group in our portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet customers' evolving needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of value to our customers
- Stay up-to-date with Kindly's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
