Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant - Order Processing to join our Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical administrative support to cross-functional teams within NOV Inc, delivering service excellence to all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders.
  • Create orders (ERP) and distribute order confirmations.
  • Handle changes affecting commercial details.
  • Manage cost and document control.
  • Follow up on revised POs from customers, as required.
  • Validate commercial details on shipped sales orders.
  • Prepare billing summaries.
  • Close orders (ERP) and forward to billing.
  • Distribute AR documents to customers. File and release invoices in DMS.
  • Administer the Customer Portal (Invoices/Orders).
  • Train new staff within the department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (desirable).
  • Experience working within an administrative team (desirable).
  • Experience working with an ERP system (desirable).
  • Proficient in MS Office (essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - oral and written in Norwegian and English (essential).
