The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environmental compliance by managing supplier evaluations, championing the open reporting system, leading internal projects, and coordinating ISO audits to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Conduct pre-qualification assessments for suppliers to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Evaluate and follow up with suppliers to guarantee ongoing compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Manage and update the supplier register to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct audits of suppliers to verify their adherence to our standards.
- Monitor procurement quality to ensure it meets our expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management: Conduct pre-qualification assessments, evaluate and follow up with suppliers, manage the supplier register, conduct audits, and monitor procurement quality.
- Open Reporting System Champion: Promote a culture of openness and transparency, lead internal projects, and coordinate ISO audits to drive continuous improvement.
- Project Coordination: Oversee internal audits, Lessons Learned, Non-Conformance Reports, and HSSE incidents, analyze data, generate reports, follow up on findings, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication and Awareness: Develop and execute campaigns to enhance QHSSE awareness, improve communication, and visibility of QHSSE initiatives.
- ISO Audits and Readiness: Coordinate ISO audits, ensure readiness, and follow up on findings.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in QHSSE Management.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication abilities.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
