Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Procurement Logistics

  • Ensure smooth logistical operations and maintain high levels of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies for material administration and start-up activities.
  • Manage free issue materials and ensure controlled handling from delivery to utilization.
  • Develop a responsibility matrix for material release and finalize agreements with freight forwarders.
  • Monitor material availability and track balances by type and task.
  • Conduct material reconciliation at the procurement package and project levels.
  • Participate in project closure activities and clear out logistic purchase orders, stock transfer orders, requisitions, stock balances, and reservations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related fields (Relevant experience and commitment may compensate for formal education).
  • Strong commercial awareness, professionalism, and ability to work independently as a team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • A flexible, positive, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
