We are seeking a skilled Operations Researcher to join our team in Ski, Norway

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to analyze complex data, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

You will be working in our largest Business Unit - CasinoEngine, assisting our Casino CEO and the CasinoEngine management team.

This role offers comprehensive training and development opportunities, including business analysis and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for CasinoEngine;
2. Analyze large datasets to inform management decisions;
3. Attend management meetings and provide insights on team performance;
4. Develop and maintain business intelligence tools for senior leadership;
5. Conduct research and analysis on high-priority projects;
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create information systems and knowledge bases;
7. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership;
8. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field;
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
5. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus;
6. Self-motivated and proactive individual;
7. Able to work effectively in a team and independently;
8. Punctual and reliable;
9. Ability to travel internationally.
