About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric Norway. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our facilities in Norway, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Norway, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the use of our facilities, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Energy Management: Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to reduce our carbon footprint and lower energy costs.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects, including renovations, expansions, and new builds.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our teams in Norway and globally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Expertise: Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of energy management practices and technologies.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
