The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in client success and account management, and a passion for helping clients navigate the market in the Energy Transition.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute tailored success plans to help clients achieve their business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account activities, and progress in the CRM system
- Organize client outreach, marketing campaigns, and conferences
- Monitor and track all relevant events in the regions where Esgian should attend and/or participate
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements
