Requirements:
  • Minimum BSc, college, or university education
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience from the private or public sector working in the food chain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English, written and spoken (all verbal communication is in Norwegian)
  • Ability to work independently and structured
  • Experience in management, risk management, and process improvement activities is an advantage
  • Extensive overnight travel will be required for our customers in various parts of Norway
