Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive our sales activities in the Norwegian market. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our success in Norway.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and winning new customer accounts in Norway.
  • Creating and managing your own sales pipeline to ensure maximum revenue growth.
  • Assessing complex technical document management and business process needs of prospects and developing comprehensive solutions using M-Files Intelligent Information Management Software.
  • Qualifying potential customers and conducting daily online demos and onsite meetings with prospective customers to demonstrate the M-Files Solution.
  • Generating proposal agreements and negotiating complex sales cycles to close deals.
  • Sometimes requiring travel to meet with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • B2B sales experience in a technology-focused setting, preferably with a background in solution selling, particularly with document and content management systems.
  • A proven track record of conducting professional, persuasive remote/onsite meetings with software demonstrations and communicating the value, strengths, and benefits of solutions to clients.
  • An ability to listen to customers' needs and translate them into actionable pre-sales tasks and new business proposals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English languages.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • A native Norwegian speaker with fluency in English and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
