Role Overview

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our Core Technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee and manage the delivery of multiple Change initiatives within a portfolio to achieve successful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering change initiatives both in Traditional and/or Agile methodology and analytical skills to deal with complex and demanding issues.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the change portfolio deliverables, managing risks and issues to ensure we meet our Core Technology commitments.
  • Deliver on agreed objectives in a predictable and transparent manner and participate in change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal dependencies between the Core Technology Service Domains and agree on external dependencies with external stakeholders.
