Vi søker nå en Office Manager til et vikariat i et av Norges ledende konsulentselskaper innen digitalisering. Stillingen er variert, sosial og sentral i selskapets hverdag – du vil være bindeleddet mellom ledelsen, medarbeiderne og fasilitetene på kontoret.

Dette er en 100 % stilling lokalisert i Oslo sentrum, med oppstart så snart som mulig. Rollen er et vikariat i forbindelse med permisjon.

Vi leter først og fremst etter deg som er strukturert, effektiv og serviceinnstilt. Du trives med høyt tempo og varierte oppgaver. Du er en sosial kameleon, som er engasjert og alltid har fokus på å skape trivsel.

Hos oss kan vi tilby deg en rolle som innebærer alt fra lederstøtte, administrasjon, arrangementsplanlegging, kontordrift etc.

Kvalifikasjoner/egenskaper:

Vi tror du har høyere utdannelse og minimum noen års erfaring med tilsvarende oppgaver. Du er god på å kommunisere både muntlig og skriftlig, på norsk og engelsk. Du trives godt med å jobbe med alle typer mennesker. I ditt arbeid er du systematisk og ryddig, og du har høy grad av struktur. Du har stor gjennomføringsevne og du er proaktiv, nysgjerrig og lærevillig. I tillegg tror vi du tar nye utfordringer på strak arm, evner å finne gode løsninger og spør etter gode svar.

Arbeidsoppgavene vil blant annet bestå av:

  • Administrativ støtte til ledelsen, inkludert nyhetsbrev, møteplanlegging og koordinering
  • Planlegging og gjennomføring av sosiale aktiviteter og trivselstiltak
  • Ansvar for praktiske oppgaver knyttet til kontordrift og fasiliteter
  • Bidra til et godt arbeidsmiljø gjennom synlighet og service
