Vi utvider nå vårt Recruitment & Growth team, og søker to nye kollegaer i Oslo Om rollen
  • Som en del av vårt rekrutteringsteam vil du ha en sentral rolle i å tiltrekke og ansette de beste talentene i bransjen. Du får ansvar og frihet til å påvirke prosesser, bygge relasjoner og utvikle deg faglig.
  • Identifisere og kontakte potensielle kandidater via LinkedIn og andre nettverk.
  • Gjennomføre intervjuer og lede hele rekrutteringsprosessen – fra første kontakt til signert kontrakt.
  • Ha ansvar for egen kandidatportefølje og oppfølging av prosesser.
  • Bidra til employer branding-aktiviteter gjennom arrangementer og samarbeid med universiteter.
  • Etter hvert få muligheten til å forme og utvikle rollen i tråd med egne styrker og ambisjoner, og bidra til både team- og organisasjonsutvikling.
Vi ser etter deg som:
  • Blir ferdig med mastergrad i 2025 eller fullfører i 2026. Eventuelt bachelorgrad med et par års relevant arbeidserfaring.
  • Erfaring fra enten rekruttering, salg eller prosjektledelse.
  • Erfaring med research, f.eks. gjennom kandidat søk, pipelines, journalistikk eller skoleprosjekter.
  • Erfaring fra studentorganisasjon, verv eller lignende er en fordel.
  • Er relasjonsorientert og flink til å bygge tillit.
  • Motiveres av mål og resultater.
  • Snakker norsk og engelsk flytende.
  • Trives i et dynamisk miljø og har høyt pågangsmot.
