Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks relating to spending for businesses. Mynt is a tech-first company with a product-oriented mindset, empowering teams to create innovative solutions to complex problems. We are a licensed e-money institution, card issuer and payment processor under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. We have established key partnerships within banking, ERP, fleet and mobility - and our solutions are now live in all Nordic countries. Examples of partners include Fortnox and Nordea, with more collaborations underway.

About the role

Mynt is now looking for driven and curious Sales & Business Developers to join our growing commercial team in Oslo. We've already built a strong local foundation with a small dedicated team on the ground, but there's still plenty of market to conquer, and a great opportunity to come in early and make a real impact as we scale.

In this role, you'll be part of our Norwegian sales team, helping to accelerate Mynt's growth and strengthen our presence in the market. You'll spend your time engaging with decision-makers like CEOs and CFOs, helping them understand how Mynt can simplify their financial processes and enable smarter growth.

You'll manage the full commercial process – from prospecting and outreach to building strong pipelines and long-term customer relationships. Whether through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn or meetings, you'll take initiative to open doors and lead consultative, value-driven sales conversations. Beyond the sales process, you'll represent Mynt in the Norwegian market, acting as a trusted advisor and a true ambassador for our brand.

You'll be based at our
Oslo office

What you'll be up to

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the Norwegian market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with C-level executives in consultative sales dialogues that create real value for customers.
  • Take ownership and represent Mynt as a trusted ambassador in the Norwegian market.

What you bring to the table

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS or financial services in the Norwegian market.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A creative, driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trust and drive business discussions at C-level.
  • Experience from a startup or scale-up environment, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving setting.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
