System Administrator

Would you like to work with IT systems in an international organization, together with dedicated colleagues who all share the same goal - to improving people's mobility?

We are now looking for a System Administrator to our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will support our organizations in 17 different locations in EMEA, and be part of a team which consists of approximately 17 employees. The position is based at Oslo, Helsfyr and you will report to the IT Service Manager.

Your Role

Your responsibilities are to provide 1st line support to our users and be the "go-to" person within your area of expertise. You will administrate IT processes, give training to users in systems and participate in IT related projects. Some examples of your tasks are:

• Set up and administer computers, user accounts, and access permissions
• Maintain and troubleshoot internal networks, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and VPNs
• Ensure network security and proper access configurations
• Manage hardware and software inventories, licenses, and access controls
• Provide first-line IT support to employees and maintain internal IT documentation
• Contribute to improving internal processes for IT operations and security

Who You are

• Education in IT, networking or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, support, or system administration within small to medium-sized environments
• Experience with basic network administration (routers, switches, access points, VPN)
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, AD
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• It´s meritorious if you have experience in IT security, automation of IT processes, and/or ITSM platforms

Employment Details

Full-time, start as soon as possible or according to agreement. 6 months probationary period. Location Oslo, Helsfyr with opportunity to work hybrid after the probationary period. Domestic and international travel is required in the role.
