I denne rollen vil du være ansvarlig for å sikre at våre maskiner og utstyr oppfyller de høyeste sikkerhetsstandarder, beskytter våre ansatte og sikrer operasjonell eksellense. Du vil spille en avgjørende rolle i å drive en kultur for sikkerhet og kontinuerlig forbedring i vårt produksjonsmiljø.

Bli med i HMS-teamet på Freia-fabrikken Vi søker en engasjert prosjektmedarbeider innen maskinsikkerhet som kan bli med oss frem til 31. desember 2026.

Din Misjon:

  • Revidere og oppdatere risikovurderinger for maskinparken i samsvar med Mondelez' interne standarder og norsk lovgivning, samt drive arbeidet med forbedring.
  • Samarbeide med vedlikehold og produksjonansatte for å gjennomføre oppgaver knyttet til risikovurderingene.
  • Bidra til andre HMS-oppgaver etter behov.

Hva du trenger:

  • Erfaring innen maskinsikkerhet og HMS-arbeid (noen års erfaring foretrukket, men ikke et krav).
  • Villighet til å lære og en sterk interesse for faget.
  • Flytende i skandinavisk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
  • Evne til å jobbe selvstendig og ta initiativ.
  • Utmerket lagspiller med åpen kommunikasjon og samarbeidsevner.
