Scandza is now looking for an S&OP Specialist to strengthen our logistic and planning team in Norway. This role is based in Oslo, and you will report to the Head of Logistics. With around 70 colleagues on-site and close collaboration with sites across Norway, you'll be part of a diverse, hands-on, and forward-thinking team.
The Role
The S&OP Specialist is an exciting and varied position with excellent development potential. This is a pivotal role where you will drive and further develop our S&OP process, which is already underway and central to our business. You will play a key part in shaping how we forecast, plan, and connect production and sales, taking a true 360° perspective across the value chain. You will be working in our AI-driven forecasting system Relex which is the core of Scandza's S&OP process. Relex is the system where you will gather around for forecasting and planning together in close collaboration with the relevant functions in the company.
This hands-on role will allow you to influence, develop, and put your mark on current and future processes within the supply chain organization.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the S&OP process, ensuring it's forward-looking and effective.
- Balance demand planning and analytics activities with strategic/tactical system and process development.
- Own and develop our core supply chain process – Pain & Tail.
- Troubleshoot, optimize and drive improvements in forecasting and KPI tools such as Relex and PowerBI.
- Lead and participate in development projects within supply chain.
- Collaborate with customers supply planner and across teams.
- Challenge and improve existing ways of working with a proactive mindset. You'll have the freedom to try new things and drive change quickly.

What you bring:
- 3+ years in supply chain, demand, or production planning - FMCG is a plus
- Degree in supply chain, economics, or similar. Masters is preferred.
- Strong in Excel and PowerBI, with a passion for data and digital tools
- Holistic thinker who connects production and sales to improve processes
- Technically curious—more than just a system user
- Flexible, proactive, and thrives in change
- Strong communicator in English and a Scandinavian language
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
