Your Role

As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead a team of Business Controllers and BI experts, driving financial insight and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial reporting and KPI tracking (monthly, quarterly, annually, ad hoc)
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Partner with senior leadership to support business performance and growth
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement through digitalization and smarter analytics
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Consolidate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
  • Develop and maintain planning and budgeting systems
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management

You have strong analytical skills and a passion for driving with strong results. You thrive in dynamic environments and are recognized as an expert in your field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ experience in Finance, ideally Controlling
  • Proven leadership experience is a plus, but you will get an opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally
  • Strong communication skills in
    Norwegian and English
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
