Job Description
As a graduate at Equinor, you’ll be joining 21,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind, and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. It’s one of the defining challenges of our time and attracting and developing the brightest minds will be critical to our success.
The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.
The position
Corporate Audit & Investigation is Equinor’s independent control body. Our role is to keep a close eye on the business to ensure it is properly managed and controlled. We provide independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to protect, add value and improve the organization’s operations.

When joining our team in Corporate Audit & Investigation you will have the opportunity to:
Conduct audits and investigations in all business areas and staff functions, across geographical boundaries. Investigate serious accidents, ethical misconduct and breaches of procedure. Deliver and present results to management at all levels. Challenge current practice. Provide information from an independent position. Act as secretariat for the board of directors, corporate executive committee, business areas and audit committees.

Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within relevant disciplines. Completed degree by the year of starting (2024). Fluent in English. Formal experience is not a requirement. Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.Your personal qualities:
