Job Purpose

The Marketing Communications Director will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing communications initiatives to bring technologies and solutions to market through effective launches, enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role involves managing all campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, creating compelling content and managing a team of communications professionals.

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies to support business objectives. Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Oversee the management of external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials. Drive thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry leader. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage the marketing communications budget and allocate resources effectively. Lead and mentor a team of communications managers

Proven experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in the energy industry. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Role Specific Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Knowledge: In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles and communication strategies. Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Location: Based in the US, with occasional travel as required.
