Da vår fantastiske Facility Manager har fått ny stilling i Strawberry-konsernet, søker vi etter hans erstatter. 

 

Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen ble i 2018 bygget ut og totalrenovert. Hotellet består av hele 455 rom, 24 møterom og konferansesaler med kapasitet til 1100 gjester, restaurant, A la carte restaurant, bar, klatrevegg, og en helt imponerende gjeng med kolleger fylt til randen med energi, mot og begeistring. Quality er en av kjedene i Strawberry-familien, Nordens største hotellkjede med 230 hoteller på mer enn 100 destinasjoner, bestående av Quality, Clarion, Clarion Collection, Comfort, og de frittstående hotellene i Nordic Hotels & Resorts.

 

Arbeidsoppgaver

Som Facility Manager vil du ha ansvaret for å sikre optimal drift, vedlikehold, sikkerhet og brannvern ved hotellet. Sammen med ditt tekniske team sikrer dere en trygg og varig arbeidsplass her ved Oslo Lufthavn. Det kreves god fokus på å redusere energiforbruk ved bruk av effektiviseringsprogrammet PMI/GoGreen, samt å kvalitetssikre serviceavtaler og arbeid utført av eksterne leverandører, og tett dialog med gårdeier. Man er en viktig støttefunksjon for øvrige avdelinger på hotellet, og inngår i hotellets Duty Manager ordning. Stillingen rapporterer til hotellets Direktør, og er en del av hotellets ledergruppe. 

 

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

  • Lederegenskaper og erfaring med teamledelse og prosjektansvar
  • Utdanningen innen tekniske fag
  • Brennende engasjement for bærekraft og effektiv energiutnyttelse
  • Økonomisk forståelse, gjerne erfaring med budsjettansvar
  • God kommunikasjonsevne, og beherske norsk og engelsk godt
  • God IT-kunnskap, og ønskelig med erfaring innen SD-anlegg
