Business Services Manager

Join BCG Oslo as a Business Services Manager and take on a key role in shaping the office culture and operations. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving initiatives, cutting through red tape, and removing roadblocks to proactively support the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Operations team, consisting of Executive and Management Assistants, Reception & Facilities staff, and manage cross-Nordics projects
  • Act as a contact person for local internal BCG affairs, coordinating and collaborating with other BCG offices and functions
  • Develop the office in close collaboration with BCG OSL Senior Leadership team and global functions
  • Implement methods and concepts to optimize internal services, culture & affiliation
  • Manage budgeting and cost controlling across all office operations
Requirements
  • Phenomenal teammate with experience in leading a sizeable services team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of seniority internally and globally
  • Pragmatic, good at organizing and improvising, ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and mature approach
  • Service-minded, hands-on & pro-active approach to tasks
  • Able to perform successfully and produce results in a fast-paced, intellectually driven, client-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in facility/office management and substantial leadership experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and inspiring leadership style
  • Full proficiency in written and oral English, Norwegian is an advantage
