Job Description
As a graduate at Equinor, you’ll be joining 21,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind, and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. By 2050, we aim to become a net-zero company and deliver the energy the world needs without contributing to global warming. It’s one of the defining challenges of our time and attracting and developing the brightest minds will be critical to our success.
The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.
The position
In Information and Data Management, we focus on driving efficient and effective use of data and information in investment projects. You'll collaborate closely with project members to identify opportunities for improved information systems and technological advancements. By gathering user requirements and implementing enhanced solutions, you'll contribute to seamless data flow and informed decision-making processes.

When joining our team in Information and Data Management you will have the opportunity to:
Drive information and data management across investment projects, treating data as an asset throughout the life cycle. Identify needs for improved information systems and use of relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Gather user requirements and transfer them to information systems and technology upgrades. Participate in digital projects, implementing solutions and leveraging data analytics for insights. Contribute to Equinor's digital transformation and data-driven culture, playing a pivotal role in project development.

Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within Business Administration & Science, Business Analytics, Data management, Industrial Economics, Technology & Management, Information Management, Library & Information Science, Information systems, Project Management & Control, Energy and environment. Completed degree by the year of starting (2024). Fluent in English. No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience. Formal experience is not a requirement. Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.Your personal qualities:
