Statkraft Brazil is becoming a large player within commercial business and building and managing renewable assets.

Statkraft's Group Procurement is responsible for performing procurement for all projects. This unit comprises the Sourcing and Project Procurement teams and follows the Capital Project Model rules set by Statkraft. The Project Procurement team handles greenfield, repowering, and under-construction projects, which this position falls under. The department manages strategic procurement across various technologies such as Hydropower, Onshore Windpower, Solar and BESS. Group Procurement is composed of highly skilled procurement specialists, many of whom are involved in major projects.
Your role:
As the Contract Management Specialist, you will manage several contracts related to projects in Brazil. Alongside the Project Manager, you will handle all activities, including technical issues, claims, analyses, and any other tasks required to execute the works until they are handed over to the O&M team. You will participate in all project phases, from its early business development to the development of contract strategy, supplier market analysis and prequalification, contract negotiations, and contract management until handover to the O&M team. Solid experience in leading negotiations, managing contract challenges, drafting letters, handling invoices and reviewing guarantees is desirable. A typical challenge is to be able to handle different cultures as a consequence of partners, suppliers and countries we invest in. You must be committed to protect Statkraft's high standards regarding health, safety, and the environment while preventing corruption.

Qualifications
Bachelor/ Master degree in relevant discipline area or documented extensive experience in the field; Master all phases of the procurement process with excellent results and references; Solid and relevant experience from large energy companies, construction, supply of equipment or complex oil and gas contracts/subcontracting, and with relevant field experience; Able to master negotiations and draw up contracts in English and Portuguese – excellent collaboration skills; Experience with SAP would be a differential; and Multidisciplinary experience would be a differential. Project Management experience is a plus.
