Stillingen inngår i ledergruppen til Oceaneering Asset Integrity (IMDS) og rapporterer til daglig leder (Director).

Vår ønskelige kandidat har erfaring fra ledelse innen lignende operasjoner og kan vise til gode lederegenskaper og setter lagarbeid høyt.

Personellet som inngår i denne ressursgruppen er operative og jobber med fagansvar, inspeksjoner, tredjeparts verifikasjon, sertifiseringer og testing både på land og offshore.

Arbeidssted kan være Sandsli, Stavanger og Trondheim.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ansvarsområde og arbeidsoppgaver

Stillingen innebærer å administrere og følge opp selskapets utførende personell. Rekruttering er en viktig del av jobben og skal gjøres på en slik måte at en oppnår en riktig bemanning i forhold til kapasitets- og bemanningsbehov. Hen har ansvaret for å se til at det settes av tid og kapasitet til nødvendig opplæring og utvikling – faglig så vel som personlig. I samhandling med operasjon finne rett nivå med hensyn til kapasitet og kompetanse og være med i diskusjonen omkring framtidens tjenester og den kompetanse som da er nødvendig å bygge opp – eventuelt anskaffe.

Hen har også ansvaret for ressurser i form av utstyr som ansatte bruker for å utfør jobben i felt. Dette følges opp gjennom selskapet utstyrsdatabase.

Sikre etterlevelse av de rammer og retningslinjer som gjelder for virksomheten lokalt og sentralt, og må i samarbeid med HR-avdelingen se til at alle avtaler i forhold til ansatte er i tråd med policy og blir løpende oppdatert. Dette gjelder også lønn, goder og personalordninger, samt formalkompetanse (utdanning, sertifikater m.v) og realkompetanse (erfaring og ferdigheter).

Løpende personalansvar og i tillegg se til at det operative personellet blir ivaretatt og utviklet på best mulig måte med hensyn til relevant kompetanse, og det å bygge en prestasjons- og samarbeidsrettet kultur.

Være med i diskusjonen omkring framtidens kundebetjening og kompetanse som da er nødvendig å bygge opp. Skaffe fram de nødvendige ressurser og gjøre disse tilgjengelig for opplæring ved implementering av nye tjenester.

Qualifications

Kvalifikasjoner:

Hen må ha god forståelse for og kunnskap om relevante kundeforhold og de tjenester som virksomheten leverer. Vedkommende må ha erfaring med å håndtere egne medarbeidere og kunne styre, lede og coache disse.

Vedkommende må også kunne lede gjennom andre, operere med strukturer og prosesser som kan sikre høy effektivitet og kvalitet i arbeidsutførelsen.

Vedkommende må kunne ta et solid personalsvar på høyt nivå.

Som leder vil RM ha et direkte ansvar for selskapets største og viktigste innsatsfaktor i form av mennesker, og kunne forvalte og utvikle den menneskelige kapitalen.

En bør ha utdanning på BsC-nivå, men erfaring og egenskaper kan kompetanse for dette.

Det er nødvendig med minimum 5 års erfaring innen samme eller tilstøtende fagfelt, og minimum tre års erfaring med personalansvar – i linje, eller via en personal- og organisasjonsfunksjon i stab eller direkte lederansvar i et bemanningsbyrå.

Solide, dokumenterbare resultater i tidligere roller og stillinger kan kompensere noe for dette.
