The Position

In this role, you will serve as the local Quality and Compliance Manager within the department Legal, Compliance and Quality, acting as the deputy Responsible Person (Farmasøytfaglig Ansvarlig) for Novo Nordisk Norway’s wholesaling activities; you will also assist in driving quality and compliance improvements across the business participating in the quality and compliance network within the Novo Nordisk organization.

 

In addition, you will:

  • Support the business in assuring adherence to EU GDP and local GDP regulations and their implementation
  • Contribute to the administration of the quality management system and review and update quality and compliance procedures and guidelines as well as analyse work processes to improve business efficiency in a compliant manner
  • Assist with inspections, audits and monitoring related to quality and compliance
  • Promote quality and compliance improvements within the company, providing daily operational guidance and training
  • Support the organization in questions regarding Personal Data Protection advising on data protection issues and risk mitigation
  • Other tasks depending on the needs of the business may be appointed.

 

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you are an independent and accurate person with excellent communication skills. You have an Msc in Pharmacy or any related field coupled with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you have:

  • Understanding of EU and local GDP regulations
  • Experience with quality management systems and GxP training
  • Proficiency level of Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish language and English both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of personal data protection legislation is preferred

You will be part of the Legal, Compliance, and Quality department at Novo Nordisk Norway, located in Oslo. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of our business.
