Rollen

Som en del av vår Broking Support Hub i Nordics skal du jobbe med å støtte vår virksomhet i Sverige, Norge og Finland. Rollen innebærer bistand med administrative oppgaver som registering i våre systemer, dokumentasjon og support i forbindelse med blant annet forsikringsfornyelser. Du skal holde løpende intern kontakt med våre forsikringsrådgivere, samt ekstern kontakt med forsikringsselskaper.

Din Bakgrunn

Du er ivrig og læringsvillig, og vil søke gode løsninger for våre kunder og kolleger. Du må kunne kommunisere godt både skriftlig og muntlig både på norsk og engelsk. Videre ser vi at du må være drivende, serviceorientert, nøyaktig, nysgjerrig og selvstendig med øye for den analytiske biten. I tillegg må du kunne samarbeide godt på tvers av avdelinger og landegrenser og det er viktig at du kan levere god service til både interne og eksterne aktører. Det er en fordel om du har erfaring fra administrasjon eller i en assistent rolle, men personlige egenskaper kan veie opp for erfaring. Det er viktig at du har en god kjennskap til Microsoft Office og spesielt Excel.
