
Integrated Logistic Support

To support the increasing demand in our projects and products for ILS analysis and implementation, we are looking for an experienced person to further develop and implement ILS strategies to ensure operational readiness and sustainment of the systems we develop and deliver.
The ILS Engineer will collaborate with the engineering team to integrate Design for Supportability in product development and support the project teams in the deliveries of ILS requirements for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Life Cycle Management (LCM) for our products and projects, including;
- Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA)
- Reliability Availability Maintainability and Testability (RAMT)
- Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)
- Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Codification & Data
- Failure Reporting and Corrective Actions System (FRACAS)
Documentation and training for our products and projects including:
- Information Needs Analysis
- Structure and organization of the documentation system.
- Publication requirements
- User and maintenance documentation
- Training need analysis
System safety, hazard identification and risk assessment iaw ISO 12100.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in ILS for defense systems.
- Strong knowledge of NATO logistics policies, MIL-STD-1388, S3000L, S1000D, and other relevant standards.
- Experience in working with defense procurement programs (e.g., NDMA, DALO, FMV, NSPA, or similar organizations).
- Excellent skills in technical writing, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and liaise with military stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of product life cycles.
The ILS Engineer will report to the Director of Programs.
