Crayon is seeking a Manager for Strategy & Corporate Development to join our team in a pivotal role that reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this position, you will play a key part in shaping Crayon's strategic direction and executing our strategic agenda. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and team members, to drive key strategic initiatives while also building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Other responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the process to define Crayon's long-term strategic plan, including market trend analysis, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats
  • Perform rigorous financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic decision-making
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams on strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives
  • Support the process of articulating and updating Crayon's operating model to ensure alignment with strategic goals, and effective and efficient execution of the core GTM models
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and growth within the organization

Your Competencies:

  • 4+ years of professional experience, ideally from a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar strategic role in a corporate environment
  • A minimum of a master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experience working effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • A proven track record of successful project management and leadership
