The Corporate Strategy Team is responsible for facilitating the strategic planning process and developing the strategic plan to be cascaded throughout the organization.

We are seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of key business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the strategic planning process and develop the strategic plan.
  • Own end-to-end workstreams as part of broader strategic projects, including defining problems and opportunities to address.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic direction.
  • Develop strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the organization.
  • Assess models to prioritize initiatives that drive growth.
  • Monitor progress towards strategic goals and recommend adjustments.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in an international B2B services environment or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude with an innovation mindset.
  • Ability to work across levels of an international organization.
