Industrial Sales Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a strong Sales professional to lead and develop our industrial refrigeration sales team in the region. As a trusted advisor, you will provide value to customers and influence the business by transforming the sales approach and driving revenue growth across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Corporate KAMs to set accounts targets for the Area and implement account sales strategies, campaigns.
  • Work closely with local Sales Managers on sales enablement programs, opportunities pipeline management, pricing, demand planning, and service sales growth strategy.
  • Teaming up with the Solutions Manager and Service Managers to align on field productivity initiatives requiring sales intervention and service sales growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and leadership roles, with a strong background in sales, business or technical education. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency with product and service offerings, as well as MS Office and Salesforce software, is required.
